Recruitment Process

  • 1 TALK WITH US: We meet with you to understand your needs and hiring process.
  • 2 REVIEW THE ROLE: You tell us what the position entails, the kind of person you want to fill it and the qualifications that need to be met.
  • 3 SEARCH FOR YOUR CANDIDATE: We utilize several proprietary tools, such as our internal database, to identify and contact candidates.
  • 4 AUDIT THE APPLICANTS: We review and screen candidates, and take the first few interviews off your plate.
  • 6 FURNISH FEEDBACK: In addition to the resume, we provide a detailed write-up of each candidate. You review and decide whether to move forward or we revise the search.
  • 7 REVIEW THE REFERENCES: Prior to the start of your live interview process, we conduct a reference check and assess the candidates' technical skills.
  • 8 INTERNAL INTERVIEWS: You follow your company interview process, which often involves at least one phone and live interview.
  • 9 DISCUSS THE DECISION: We meet to discuss your decision, after we revise the search or you make a hire!
  • 10 HIRE: Contract or direct hire, we can help you inform the candidate.
